Pets are half your power

Hammers swing the hits, but pets decide how many blocks each hit is worth in Build a Bridge Together. Strong multipliers shorten every world gate, feed the bridge faster, and create more Wins for rebirth. This guide covers hatching, shiny and rainbow crafting, size upgrades, gem evolutions, ethereal pets, and practical inventory habits.

New accounts should still finish Getting Started so eggs and machines are unlocked in order.

Eggs and hatching basics

Each world sells eggs tied to its theme and power band. Buy eggs you can afford without emptying the win bank you need for rebirth. Hatch, compare multipliers, and equip best so your active team always reflects the strongest combination of slots you own.

Duplicates are not trash—they fuel size crafts (big / huge / titan style merges) and shiny machine attempts. Before deleting anything, check whether it can craft upward.

Exclusive and event eggs (including high-end lines such as Dominus-themed exclusives when available) deserve priority inventory space. Community ranking notes live on the Tier List.

Shiny pets

Shiny variants boost stats over the base pet. You can get there two common ways:

• Shiny machine — located in Farm World. Insert pets for a chance to produce a shiny. Multiple copies improve your odds compared with a single lonely common.
• Shiny Treat — consumable (often from codes such as Release) that converts a chosen pet without the machine grind.

Spend treats on pets you already plan to keep through rainbow and evolution, not on placeholders you will replace after the next egg.

Rainbow pets

The rainbow machine in Bee World accepts shiny pets and crafts them into rainbow versions. The craft is reliable: start the process, wait out the timer (commonly about two hours), and collect a large stat bump—community guides often describe it as a full doubling-style boost relative to the shiny you inserted.

Queue rainbow crafts before school, work, or sleep so the timer works while you are away. While you wait, smash for wins or push world progress instead of standing idle in Bee World.

Size crafts: bigger pets

Alongside shiny/rainbow, you can craft pets into larger classes (big, huge, titan, and similar labels depending on UI). More of the same pet generally enables higher size tiers. Larger pets carry stronger multipliers and pair with shiny/rainbow states when the systems allow stacking paths.

Use Craft All carefully—preview what will be consumed so you do not feed your only best pet into a merge by mistake.

Evolution machine (gems)

In the soccer-area content, the evolution machine lets you spend gems on a pet for a chance at evolution tiers. You can sink up to 15 gems per attempt to raise odds. Community-facing tiers include names such as Ancient, Divine, Immortal, and Celestial, with Celestial treated as the top evolution outcome for raw stat gain.

If you roll a disappointing low tier, you can clear an evolution for a small gem cost and try again later. Because gems are relatively scarce (codes, achievements, shops, events), evolve your long-term keepers—not random commons.

Ethereal pets

Ethereal (often shortened casually to “ithal” in older videos) pets come from a dedicated ethereal crafting path: feed exclusives into the ethereal machine/cove systems to create shards, convert shards into an ethereal egg, then hatch. Ethereal pets sit at the high end of the multiplier conversation and show up in achievement tracks such as ethereal hatcher challenges added in mid-2024 style updates.

Save exclusives intentionally if you are chasing ethereal. Blindly deleting exclusives for inventory space can delay that craft for a long time.

Charms, treats, and gadgets that help pets

• Shiny Treat — instant shiny.
• Big / Huge charms — help push size-style upgrades when you own them.
• Gadgets — luck dice and related tools improve hatching or roll experiences when equipped; Magic Dice II from the TBLOX code is an early example.
• Premium luck (+10%) — mild hatch help if you already pay for Roblox Premium.

None of these replace a disciplined equip-best routine after every hatch wave.

Practical pet upgrade order

1. Hatch the best egg you can afford in your highest comfortable world.
2. Equip best; rebirth so percentage matches the new team.
3. Size-craft duplicates you will not need as separate slot fillers.
4. Shiny your keepers (machine or treat).
5. Rainbow shinies during AFK gaps.
6. Evolve finished rainbow/high-multi pets with gem batches.
7. Funnel surplus exclusives toward ethereal crafting when ready.

Inventory discipline

Servers and UIs get noisy as collections grow. Periodically:

• Lock or favorite pets you refuse to craft away.
• Clear truly obsolete commons after checking craft recipes.
• Compare against the Tier List before investing gems.
• Recheck machines after patches listed on Updates.

Pets survive normal rebirth, so investing in them is almost always safer than hoarding raw wins. Build the team, then let percentage from rebirth amplify it across Farm, Bee, Sakura, Castle, Factory, and Beach.
